Mesin Penggiling Cabe dan Bumbu Basah

Mesin ini dibuat untuk menggiling cabe dan bahan bahan lain nya terutama untuk kebutuhan bumbu dapur sehingga menghasilkan  bumbu yang halus. Mesin ini memiliki kapasitas 100-150 kg/jam dengan menggunakan penggerak berupa motor elektrik 2 HP 1,5 kW 1 Phase dan ditambah Switch ON/OFF . Mesin ini juga dilengkapi dengan 4 set roda untuk dapat memudahkan proses pemindahan.

Nozzle Retaining Clamp

  Nozzle Retaining Clamp adalah alat untuk mencekam nozzle pada mesin yang berada di PT. NRI. Alat ini di buat berdasarkan sample yang sudah tersedia. Proses pembuatannya dengan mencari referensi terkait material yang diperlukan untuk dapat tahan suhu sampai 200 derajat celcius juga tahan Korosi lalu setelah itu melakukan pengukuran. Kemudian dibuatkan 3D Model juga Detail/Shop Drawingnya yang pada akhirnya nanti akan di proses manufaktur.
